Refund and Returns Policy

At Title Fight Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
• The item is in its original condition and packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Most drops are limited-run, so exchanges for a different design are subject to availability and may not be possible once a style has sold out. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@titlefightmerch.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at contact@titlefightmerch.com with your order number and reason for return. You can also check your order status or start a return from your account page.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, subject to availability. Since most drops are limited-run, exchanges for sold-out designs cannot be guaranteed. To request an exchange, please follow the same process outlined in Section 3.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or shipping (orders typically ship within business days), it can no longer be cancelled, and standard return procedures will apply.
